How You Get Jobs
Application Process
Amazon “vets” you when you apply and only the top Pros get to join. These background checks are performed to protect Amazon, as well as Amazon’s customers. You are going to be using Amazon’s payment processing system, you can rest assured you are going to get paid and the consumer is protected knowing they are getting a “Top Pro” preforming the service.
Activation Code
Once the application is received and reviewed, if all your business details look good you will get an email with an “Activation Code”.
Offer a Custom Service
You can also offer a custom service where customers submit there own customized requests. They can send in videos and photos that allow you to bid on those individually. When you receive that customer request you can communicate directly with that customer and ask questions in order for you to provide them with an accurate estimate.
Offer Based Jobs
These jobs are purchased by Customers on Amazon by selecting a specific Pro and submitting three (3) appointment preferences. For these jobs, Pros set the price estimate upfront. Pros receive these jobs via email and work with the Customer to confirm a final appointment day and time suitable to each person’s different schedules.
Claim Based Jobs
Jobs are purchased by customers on Amazon, estimates are based on the range of competitive prices that providers offer and collect a single appointment preference from the customer. These jobs are sent to all the Pros offering that service within the customer’s ZIP code. Pros receive these jobs via the Selling Services on Amazon app or the Seller Central home page.”
How Do You Get Leads
When customers go to Amazon and purchase a product from the zip code Amazon knows they have a professional in the area who can install that product, so in the purchasing process, an offer for a Professional Installation is offered with that purchase. Amazon has a whole website dedicated to the services provided with a list of all the categories to date.
Amazon Sellers Services App
